Tonya has a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, with an endorsement in Early Childhood Education. In addition, she has a master’s degree in counseling and Mid Management Certification. Tonya has over 30 years of experience in the field of education between Houston ISD and Aldine ISD as a kindergarten teacher, an elementary school counselor, and a school principal at a primary campus.
