Suzanne earned her bachelor’s degree in English from Denison University in Ohio. She went on to receive her master’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Northwestern University in Illinois. For ten years, Suzanne worked as a television news reporter, as well as in corporate communications. She has taught college students, ESL adults, and volunteered with elementary school children struggling with reading. Her favorite group to work with is young children. Watching them learn to read and open the door to a whole new world is remarkable and exciting! Suzanne joined the Literacy Now team in 2023.
