Shelia earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Education from Sam Houston State University and her master’s degree in Educational Administration from Prairie View A &M University. She has completed 27 years of teaching in the Houston and Aldine Independent School District. She obtained an ESL certification in 2004. Shelia is a dedicated and resourceful educator with a solid commitment to the academic growth and development of every student. She retired in 2024. Shelia enjoys church, spending time with her family and movie night.
