Serda earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rochester and launched her career in New York before relocating to Houston in 2013. Over the past 12 years, she has focused on human resource management and supporting organizational operations across diverse industries. Her passion lies in community development, particularly in the realm of early childhood education. Serda is dedicated to cultivating lasting relationships within the community and contributing to impactful fundraising efforts. Serda is excited to support the vital mission of Literacy Now and joined the team in 2024.
