Jacklyn received her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Oklahoma and a master’s degree in Education Leadership from the University of Texas in Arlington. Before joining Literacy Now in 2017, Jacklyn worked with students of all ages for 17 years, from early childhood to secondary education. She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Jack and Jill of America, Inc., and National Charity League, Inc. Jacklyn is dedicated to making sure students are being met where they are and are given every opportunity to thrive successfully in school and life.
