This is Connie’s first year with Literacy Now and we are so grateful she chose to become a part of our team! She currently teaches in our Reading Intervention program at Bruce Elementary where she takes her passion for reading and love for learning to her students each week.
Connie believes in each one of her students and knows how to dig deep to pull out their potential. She meets them where they are, academically and socially, enabling her to tailor her lessons to meet their needs. Using her creativity to develop and implement activities that engage her students, she makes learning fun! We can’t wait to see what she has in store for them throughout the rest of the program!
