Did you know that our mobile classroom, The Reading Express, is at seven community sites throughout Houston?
This unique and interactive program is a dynamic and fun school on wheels for children 2 months to 4 years of age and their parents. The curriculum is designed to develop phonological and print awareness, oral language, fine motor and other early literacy skills through the exploration of books, nursery rhymes, songs, art, and play.

Reading with the Pros
Jacklyn Minimah-Wilson and Jacque Daughtry joined Houston Texans Legend, Wade Smith, to read to students at Mading Elementary School for the Reading with the Pros event.
We look forward to seeing Wade again on Houston Reads Day, where he will be reading his book, Smitty Tackles Bullying to the children.
Service With A Smile
Our Young Professionals were all smiles as they recently supported one of our valued partners, the Children’s Museum of Houston. We appreciate our great YP group members representing Accenture, Stellar Bank, and Linscomwealth for their service in assembling Welcome Baby Bags, which are designed to support early literacy and play, fostering essential brain development for babies.
