Jackie Arroyo is an Associate in Client Processing at BNY, where she leads operational initiatives focused on internal client account reconciliation and large-scale client data-migration projects within the bank’s Money Market Instruments (MMI) sector. Since joining BNY in 2022 through the firm’s graduate program, she has played a key role in improving operational efficiency, enhancing accuracy, and increasing transparency for client transactions during BNY’s transition from legacy systems. Beyond her core responsibilities, Jackie serves as one of the Houston Co-Leads for BNY’s Employee Business Resource Group (EBRG). In this role, she organizes professional development events such as fireside chats with executive sponsors and discussions on BNY’s AI innovation, “Eliza”, and coordinates volunteer efforts with local organizations including the Houston Food Bank, Memorial Park Conservancy, and Grace Place.
